Assistant

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer relations, or administrative sales roles (experience in HR services or SaaS sectors is a plus).
Experience in preparing and analyzing sales reports and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; able to persist and remain focused on targets.
Solid commercial and financial acumen, with an innovative approach to business development.
Proven ability to follow up effectively and provide post-sales support.
Strong presentation skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales activities align with overall corporate objectives.
Stay informed on industry trends, conducting regular competitor, product, and market analyses.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports on products, services, and customer insights.
Broaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses vis-à-vis the competition.
Enter and maintain up-to-date customer records, contracts, and sales data into the company’s CRM and reporting systems.
Support documentation processes, including filing, archiving, and tracking customer correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items for the sales management team.
Monitor and track pending tasks, deadlines, and reporting requirements to ensure timely completion.
